Sherri Rogers studied visual arts at the U of A and Computer Animation in Toronto. After many years of digital painting on highly realistic 3D backgrounds for feature film, her traditional paintings combine portrait techniques with graphic design principles and pop culture themes. Sherri's style of painting is ever-changing yet is consistent in its detail. She leans towards contemporary subject matter such as pop-cultural references, urban landscapes and graffiti culture, all with feminist perspective and wit.
