Indi City - Mini Medicine Florals, Tortoise

It has been a goal of Indi City to continually seek innovations that decrease the ecological footprint of our business. This collection is a dream realized to create adornments that are biodegradable.

Cellulose Acetate is made from processed wood pulp. The pulp is processed using acetic anhydride to form acetate flake from which products are made. This means that, unlike most man-made fibers, it comes from a renewable resource and is biodegradable.

This colour story is inspired by the wisdom of holding contradictions in our lives; the beauty of this energy.

As usual, we use hypoallergenic hooks so sensitive ears can dance along with us!

Made in Canada

Indi City was founded by Angel Aubichon, a Métis & Cree from Peepeekisis Cree Nation, who started making and selling beadwork as a single mother to support her family. Recognizing the physical toll of beading, she scaled her vision into a brand, known for its high-quality laser-cut acetate earrings inspired by Indigenous beadwork. Since 2017, Indi City has become an iconic, inclusive brand, connecting Indigenous and non-Indigenous communities through its products.
